1General Terms & Conditions

Omtogel (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Omtogel and its users (hereinafter referred to as "Members" or "you").

2Account Registration & Eligibility

• Keeping your account password confidential is your sole responsibility.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% bonus on your first deposit, capped at BDT 5,000. Wagering requirement: 30x.
• The relevant promo code must be activated in order to receive a bonus.
• Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirements will result in automatic cancellation of the bonus.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.

5Gaming Rules & Policies

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair and safe environment on the Omtogel platform. Engaging in any of these may result in permanent account closure.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
• Exploiting the system to obtain bonus benefits unfairly.
• Any attempt at hacking, malware deployment, or cyber attacks.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Use of offensive or abusive language on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Operating games through automated software or bots.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Omtogel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a terms violation.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• In the event of KYC verification failure.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Upon a member's own request for self-exclusion.

9Dispute Resolution

• Complex matters may take up to 14 business days to resolve.
• If a matter cannot be resolved through customer support, members have the right to escalate their complaint to the licensing authority.
• In disputes regarding game outcomes, server logs shall serve as the final and definitive record.
• Both parties will be given the opportunity to resolve matters through discussion before any legal action is taken.
